Riccardo Bonivento is a business and corporate consultant; he has performed assignments on behalf of the Italian government as commissioner for the extraordinary administration of major enterprises in crisis and serves as a technical consultant for the courts in important bankruptcy cases.
Umberto Zagarese has significant experience in the field of Italian and international taxation; as a partner in firms that also participate in the networks of the principal auditing and accounting firms, he has coordinated important corporate reorganization and tax planning projects.
Bonivento & Zagarese has a staff of 20: the 2 founding partners, 5 professionals enrolled in the National Professional Association of Tax Consultants and Chartered Accountants, 9 professionals with doctorates in Economics and Business and 4 employees.
